We’ll typically look at three unique system approaches for you, from retrofitting to replacement of your old systems – good, better and best schemes. The third and best scheme includes new, state-of-the-art cloud-based controls, on a fully-connected system, with capacity for more. There is no charge for this service, as our only aim is to present options from which the Asset Manager can begin to make preliminary decisions:

GOOD SOLUTIONS

RETROFIT – Normally involving the least amount of money, this ‘scheme’ has us looking at a one-for-one replacement with inexpensive supplies or equipment.

BETTER SOLUTIONS

NEW FIXTURES – This approach has us starting with a clean sheet of paper, and we assume a posture very much like what it would be if the building was being built new.

BEST SOLUTIONS

NEW EQUIPMENT WITH CONTROLS – We start with the ‘Better’ scheme here, and add to it the sensors, nodes and gateways necessary for granular equipment control with your phone, tablet, laptop or PC.

We also assemble a variety of other options during this phase, pertaining to funding, performance and warranty. Our intent is to provide the Asset Manager with the options necessary to begin shaping their value proposition.
